I have been a Crohns sufferer for over 30 years. Since the early 90’s I have had a number of flare ups, painful attacks that have resulted in hospital stays. I have had constant problems with weight loss and severe tiredness.

After a serious bout of hospitalisation, complicated by being stuck on an airplane, by the time I got to hospital I needed oxygen and had stopped breathing, I decided to try something else.

Sally put me on a diet that would help reduce irritation and diminish the risk of internal bleeding, and help prevent blockages. She also suggested some supplements to help with this.

I have followed this diet carefully for 3 years and feel significantly better. I have put on weight, my skin colour has improved and I no longer have bouts of exhaustion. My quarterly checkups have moved to half yearly and currently annually.
